1. What this covers
This license covers the video and image files you export from Loopwall (“Exports”). It is granted by the operator of Loopwall (the “Operator”) to the person or business that made the export (“you”). Your own logo, artwork and text remain entirely yours; this license is about the animated treatment Loopwall renders around them.
2. PRO exports — what you may do
When you export with an active PRO license (HD or 4K), the Operator grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, perform, broadcast, stream, edit and incorporate the Export, including for commercial purposes, in:
- your live performances, shows, sets, tours and installations;
- your promotion — socials, ads, trailers, EPKs, flyers, websites;
- your releases and content — music videos, visualisers, streams;
- work you deliver to your own clients as part of a larger production.
No attribution is required. You may modify the Export.
3. What you may not do
- Sell, license, or give away an Export (or an edit of it) as a product in itself — for example as a stock clip, template, preset pack, NFT, or asset-store listing.
- Present Loopwall’s effects, presets or engine as your own software or service, or use Exports to build a competing generator.
- Share or resell your license key (see §5).
- Export anything you don’t hold the rights to. You are responsible for the logo, artwork and text you upload.
4. Free exports
Exports made without a PRO license carry a Loopwall watermark and are capped at 720p. You may use them the same way as PRO exports, provided the watermark is left intact and unobscured. Removing or hiding the watermark ends this license for that file.
5. License keys
A PRO license key is issued to you personally on purchase. It unlocks Loopwall in the browsers you activate it in, up to the activation limit shown at purchase. Keys are not transferable and must not be shared, published or resold. A key that is shared publicly may be revoked.
6. Ownership
The Operator retains all rights in Loopwall — its software, shaders, effects, presets, emblems and watermark. Nothing in this license transfers those rights to you. You retain all rights in the material you upload.
7. Refunds
If an export genuinely won’t work for your setup, get in touch and the Operator will make it right. Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record; their terms govern the transaction itself.
8. Warranty and liability
Loopwall and its Exports are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of an Export. The Operator’s total liability for any claim relating to an Export is limited to the amount you paid for the license under which it was made.
9. Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. See also the Terms of use and Privacy policy.
