1. The service
Loopwall is a browser-based tool that turns a logo into an animated stage visual and lets you export it. It is operated by the operator of Loopwall (the “Operator”). By using the site or the editor you agree to these terms.
2. No account required
There are no accounts. Your configurations, saved graphics and license key live in your own browser’s storage. Clearing that storage, or using a different browser or device, means they will not be there — a purchased license can be restored on another device by re-entering your key.
3. Your content
You are responsible for everything you upload or type into Loopwall — logos, artwork, text — and you confirm you hold the rights to use it. Rendering happens on your device; uploaded files are not sent to the Operator (see the Privacy policy).
4. Purchases and licenses
PRO licenses are sold through Polar, which acts as merchant of record; Polar’s terms govern payment, receipts and refunds processing. What you may do with an export is set out in the Buyer license. Prices are shown before purchase and may change; a purchase made at a given price is not affected by later changes.
5. Acceptable use
- Don’t use Loopwall to make material that is unlawful, infringing or hateful.
- Don’t attempt to circumvent the watermark, export limits or license checks.
- Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service or its effects.
- Don’t share or resell license keys.
6. Availability and changes
The Operator may change, add or remove features and presets, and may suspend or discontinue the service. Reasonable effort is made to keep existing saved configurations loading after changes, but this is not guaranteed. These terms may be updated; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Loopwall is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid the Operator in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Questions: hello@loop-wall.com.
